Orders are now due at 11:59pm the night before you would like to pick-up your food. (i.e. Orders for pickup on Saturday, the 13th are due on Friday, the 12th at 11:59pm)

We strongly encourage booking with us, and we have arranged discounts with local hotels. Find out more information here.

What can we bring/not bring to the event?

  • Rolling carts must be carried through the entrance. This is because there is a very specific portion of Italian marble that is very sensitive to weight and things being dragged/rolled across it. This section of the floor is right in the path of the pits to both divisions, making it necessary for all teams to go across it. The intention behind the policy is to prevent rolling weight on the floor, causing damage. We will need all teams to use the handles for the stretch of hallway with the sensitive floor, but we will only be policing it in that area.

  • We are not permitting Power Tools (with blades) onsite, including dremels. Electric air pumps are permitted.

The intention behind this rule is to prevent damage to property, such as tables, carpets, etc. We need to be respectful of the space we are in and as such, it is very difficult to ensure power tools are used in a way that will be safe for the students and building.
